About the role
- Partner with hiring managers in Operations (Production, Program Management, business development, etc.), Hardware, and Software teams to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding coordination.
- Source candidates through direct channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific boards, military transition programs, and targeted networking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS (Ashby).
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to align recruiting priorities with business objectives.
- Support employer branding efforts to attract top-tier technical and operational talent.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through onboarding.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including Operations and technical roles (hardware/software).
- Experience in a defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or technology environment.
- Strong sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, clearance job boards, and professional networks.
- Familiarity with ITAR and Export Control compliance.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
