About the role Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential SMB clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, including pricing and contract terms. Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within SMB organizations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven track record of successful sales experience, ideally in an SMB sales environment. Experience in the Ecommerce or Consumer Goods industry Experience working with Ecommerce Agency partners is a plus Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and drive to achieve goals. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
