About the role

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, ensuring correct dates/times for meetings and events with no scheduling clashes
  • Book telephone and Google Meet calls from website enquiries
  • Organise files and emails (AOL, Gmail), keeping key property communications and clearing irrelevant items
  • Prepare invoices and support general administrative tasks
  • Assist with deal sourcing: evaluate property listings, research areas, check market history, and flag promising opportunities
  • Post pre-planned content across social media platforms as directed
  • Assist with minor content updates or scheduling
  • Use Google Workspace, iCloud, and Zoom confidently

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant is essential, working with clients in the UK preferable
  • A fully set up home office with fibre, internet and power back up is essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Experience with property evaluation or real estate knowledge (preferred)
  • Basic social media experience (posting content, scheduling)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Zoom, and iCloud
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
