About the role

  • Identify and qualify new HNWI leads through networking, referrals, online prospecting, and cold calls
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to source potential clients
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline with continuous outreach and follow-up
  • Present and explain citizenship-by-investment and real estate opportunities persuasively
  • Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable program or property
  • Conduct detailed consultations, prepare proposals, and close deals
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to encourage referrals and repeat business
  • Work closely with operations and legal teams to ensure seamless client delivery
  • Accurately report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years proven sales experience in Citizenship/Residency programs OR Luxury Real Estate / Wealth Management / Investment Advisory
  • Strong lead generation and cold calling ability
  • Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with HNWIs with discretion and confidence
  • Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are strong advantages
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Presentable, confident, and well-networked in Dubai
