About the role

  • Drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with assigned retina clinic customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer needs.
  • Proactively engage with customers and anticipate their needs.
  • Support sales initiatives for business growth, aligned with corporate goals.
  • Update customers on relevant program changes, new products, and market insights.
  • Log all customer interactions, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service, preferably in the retina, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to identify and resolve customer challenges.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of specialty pharmaceutical distribution, retina clinics, or the broader healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel quarterly for customer engagements and industry events.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience
