About the role
- Drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with assigned retina clinic customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer needs.
- Proactively engage with customers and anticipate their needs.
- Support sales initiatives for business growth, aligned with corporate goals.
- Update customers on relevant program changes, new products, and market insights.
- Log all customer interactions, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, inside sales, or customer service, preferably in the retina, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Ability to work independently and proactively to identify and resolve customer challenges.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of specialty pharmaceutical distribution, retina clinics, or the broader healthcare industry is preferred.
- Willingness to travel quarterly for customer engagements and industry events.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
