optimize the customer journey to enhance engagement, conversion, and user experience
support the development, sales, analytics, and execution of seller-funded marketing activities
assist in developing and implementing CRM strategy
organize and lead the project management of brand and marketing campaigns
measure and report performance of digital marketing and public relations campaigns
Requirements
broad training in fields such as marketing, business administration, communications, journalism, English, marketing or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education
At least 3-5 years of digital marketing experience (social media management, email marketing campaigns, etc.)
5+ years of managerial experience preferred
Working knowledge of eCommerce best practices
Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Mirakl, Smartsheet, and Excel
