Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years in a senior HR leadership or Director role
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership
- Hands-on ownership of HR compliance in SOC 2 Type II
- Strong understanding of HR access controls and audit documentation
- Track record of standardizing HR policies and processes
- Experience with HR systems and data confidentiality
