About the role

  • Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the software.
  • Develop tailored implementation plans based on client goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align resources.
  • Conduct client training sessions to drive product adoption and self-sufficiency.
  • Assist with software configuration and data integration with existing systems.
  • Identify and resolve technical or process-related issues during implementation.
  • Set clear timelines, deliverables, and potential challenges for clients.
  • Optimize implementation processes and contribute customer insights to product development.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a product implementation or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
