- Own outbound outreach: cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark conversations with ideal prospects
- Learn what makes buyers tick: ask smart questions to understand goals, pains, and priorities
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Track and improve performance: hit targets, test tactics, and help fine tune what great looks like
- Be the voice of the customer: share insights with marketing, product, and leadership
- Represent Hook at events, conferences, and industry gatherings
- Level up quickly via sales training, 1:1 coaching, and mentorship
Requirements
- Driven to build a career in sales or transitioning from another field into sales
- Grit and resilience to bounce back from setbacks
- Curious and hungry to learn about customer needs and motivations
- Clear, confident, and friendly communication skills
- Team player focused on overall team success
- Motivated to take on responsibility and grow quickly
- Willingness to come into London office 3 days per week
