About the role

  • Support the Regional Country Manager with a number of admin tasks
  • Assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Work on different Excel reports, using pivot tables and analysing Sales data
  • Ensure all relevant documentation has been received/presented to customers; check legal documents
  • Interact with the Sales department and support with back office activities
  • Manage relationships with different business units (Legal, Finance, Delivery)
  • Take charge of sales queries and requests (commercial negotiations, payment discounts or extensions)

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a commercial fast paced environment
  • Academic background in Economics or Business Administration
  • Knowledge/understanding of the digital sector
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • English fluency
  • Native Italian language proficiency (Spanish would be a plus)
  • Previous experience supporting Management (ideal)
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Ability to pick up information quickly
