About the role

  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell/cross sell products and services
  • Account manage a portfolio of accounts and increase spend
  • Record, update and maintain accurate customer data on the CRM system
  • Establish the skip hire needs of commercial and domestic customers
  • Proactively manage incoming enquiries and prospecting opportunities

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and time management
  • Responds well to pressure and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to negotiate and identify business opportunities
  • Enthusiastic, driven and determined
  • Confident with Microsoft Office programmes
  • Previous sales experience and ability to build strong relationships
  • Proven success in achieving targets and working to KPI’s
  • Experience in skip hire or waste management (desirable but not essential)
