About the role
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell/cross sell products and services
- Account manage a portfolio of accounts and increase spend
- Record, update and maintain accurate customer data on the CRM system
- Establish the skip hire needs of commercial and domestic customers
- Proactively manage incoming enquiries and prospecting opportunities
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Responds well to pressure and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to negotiate and identify business opportunities
- Enthusiastic, driven and determined
- Confident with Microsoft Office programmes
- Previous sales experience and ability to build strong relationships
- Proven success in achieving targets and working to KPI’s
- Experience in skip hire or waste management (desirable but not essential)
