About the role

  • Manage and develop strategic client accounts within circular economy and sustainability programs.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations, logistics, and recycling teams.
  • Understand client sustainability goals and translate them into effective take-back, reuse, and recycling solutions.
  • Coordinate and oversee the full lifecycle of client programs, from onboarding to execution and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, standards, and company sustainability policies.
  • Monitor service performance, material recovery results, and contractual KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver operational, environmental, and compliance reports to clients.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize recovery rates, efficiency, and environmental impact.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services, improve circular outcomes, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure consistent communication and high levels of client satisfaction aligned with circular economy principle.

Requirements

  • Environmental Professional.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience.
  • English Level B2 - C1.
  • Management of Social Media, Websites, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of Environmental Legislation and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 is preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Assertive communication, critical thinking, ethics and integrity, confidentiality, adaptability, positive attitude, teamwork, conflict resolution, willingness for continuous learning, attention to detail, commitment, and accountability.
