About the role
- Lead the process development and seamless start-up and manufacturing launch of new products.
- Define and implement the supply aspects of the healthcare innovation and technology processes.
- Influence and work collaboratively with other departments.
- Manage the supply aspects of NPD projects concurrently.
- Troubleshoot as required for process safety management issues.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge and experience of manufacturing technology.
- 5-10 Years FMCG industry experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- Knowledge of UK, EU and FDA standards and legislation.
- Line Management Experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at multiple levels
