About the role
- Accurately input, update, and maintain employee records in the HR information system
- Manage processes for updating personal employee data
- Ensure all transactions are completed within SLA and payroll cut-off dates
- Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy
- Manage the offboarding process by initiating separation in the HR system based on online managers approval
- Track and manage employee absences in HR Systems
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Work closely with HR and payroll to resolve discrepancies
- Identify and suggest improvements in data management processes
- Respond to data-related queries in a timely manner
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HR data management or a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good knowledge of HR Systems such as Success Factor, ServiceNow, and HRIS is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
