About the role
- Lead the full digital media planning process including developing detailed digital media briefs
- Review, approve, and oversee the activation of digital media plans with agency partners
- Monitor and optimize in-flight campaigns, assessing performance and guiding agencies to maximize KPIs and ROI
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external agencies
- Support annual and ongoing campaign planning
- Drive learning, innovation, and best-in-class digital execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital media planning and execution experience
- Media agency background strongly preferred
- Experience managing digital campaigns across display, programmatic, social, SEM, and other paid digital tactics
- Proven track record in media strategy, planning, and buying
- Experience working with or managing high media budgets and complex campaign structures
- Familiarity with measurement frameworks, KPIs, optimization processes, and test-and-learn methodologies to drive performance and insights
