About the role

  • Lead the full digital media planning process including developing detailed digital media briefs
  • Review, approve, and oversee the activation of digital media plans with agency partners
  • Monitor and optimize in-flight campaigns, assessing performance and guiding agencies to maximize KPIs and ROI
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external agencies
  • Support annual and ongoing campaign planning
  • Drive learning, innovation, and best-in-class digital execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital media planning and execution experience
  • Media agency background strongly preferred
  • Experience managing digital campaigns across display, programmatic, social, SEM, and other paid digital tactics
  • Proven track record in media strategy, planning, and buying
  • Experience working with or managing high media budgets and complex campaign structures
  • Familiarity with measurement frameworks, KPIs, optimization processes, and test-and-learn methodologies to drive performance and insights
