About the role
- Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for the account portfolio
- Deliver Market Share growth by achieving account Digital Shelf & 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
- Provide challenge within a Category Business Team from an eCommerce and Amazon perspective
- Develop multi-level relationships within the account
- Manage the Amazon 1P3P ePOS ‘formula’ for Intimate Wellness and Self-Care brands
- Own the Amazon 1P3P execution for these brands including ASIN prioritisation, eventing strategy/execution, assortment, Pack / Price / PDP setup and terms negotiations
- Own the total P&L of the portfolio, including accurate phasing/forecasting
- Manage the commercial relationship with 3rd Party Amazon seller(s) across all Reckitt brands
- Work jointly with the Consumer Engagement / Retail Media teams for maximum impact results
- Lead and develop a team of talented multi-disciplinary individuals
Requirements
- Educated to a high standard
- Major account experience in FMCG sales
- Hands-on eCommerce expertise driving sales and execution on Amazon or comparable large marketplaces
- Strategic thinker with confidence to develop and deliver account strategy in an eCommerce environment
- Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
- Proven track record of P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum
- Financial and commercial acumen, analytical and creative
- Capable of operating at all levels
- Interest and passion for entrepreneurship
