About the role

  • Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for the account portfolio
  • Deliver Market Share growth by achieving account Digital Shelf & 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
  • Provide challenge within a Category Business Team from an eCommerce and Amazon perspective
  • Develop multi-level relationships within the account
  • Manage the Amazon 1P3P ePOS ‘formula’ for Intimate Wellness and Self-Care brands
  • Own the Amazon 1P3P execution for these brands including ASIN prioritisation, eventing strategy/execution, assortment, Pack / Price / PDP setup and terms negotiations
  • Own the total P&L of the portfolio, including accurate phasing/forecasting
  • Manage the commercial relationship with 3rd Party Amazon seller(s) across all Reckitt brands
  • Work jointly with the Consumer Engagement / Retail Media teams for maximum impact results
  • Lead and develop a team of talented multi-disciplinary individuals

Requirements

  • Educated to a high standard
  • Major account experience in FMCG sales
  • Hands-on eCommerce expertise driving sales and execution on Amazon or comparable large marketplaces
  • Strategic thinker with confidence to develop and deliver account strategy in an eCommerce environment
  • Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
  • Proven track record of P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum
  • Financial and commercial acumen, analytical and creative
  • Capable of operating at all levels
  • Interest and passion for entrepreneurship
