About the role
- Own the 360° performance management on the eComm portfolio
- Monitor eCommerce ‘formula’ and market share to drive improvements in execution
- Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly eCommerce ‘formula’ reviews with clear actions
- Drive commercial analyses on performance drivers including buy-box, price & promo analysis
- Integrate insights and actions for end-to-end decision making and optimization
- Define and track prioritized test & learn plots to optimize performance
Requirements
- Educated to a high standard
- Hands-on experience in FMCG sales and/or trade marketing
- Hands-on eCommerce expertise driving sales and execution on Amazon or comparable marketplaces
- A strategic thinker with confidence to develop and deliver growth plans in eCommerce
- Ability to build effective relationships internally and externally
- Demonstrated financial and commercial acumen
- Proven skills with regular eComm/Digital tools like Vendor Central, Profitero, Pacvue, etc.
- Comfortable with modelling and corporate systems/structures including excel and financial systems
- Confident operating across all levels of the organization
- Growth mindset and interest in entrepreneurship
