About the role
- Manage and develop Modern Trade and Perfumery customer accounts
- Drive customer partnerships and lead commercial negotiations
- Own account planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Manage commercial initiatives with a P&L mindset
- Analyze data to generate insights and define action plans
- Identify and develop business growth opportunities
- Lead execution follow-up across customers and internal teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain
- Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery of commercial targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Modern Trade and/or Perfumery channels
- Proven experience in customer management and field execution
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert data into actions
- Commercial mindset with solid understanding of sales and P&L dynamics
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Valid driving license and flexibility for frequent field visits.
