About the role

  • Build and enhance strong relationships with customers in the area of responsibility/coverage
  • Implement the existing channel strategies in order to maximize long term sales and profitability
  • Ensure excellent in store execution in line with vision store objectives by building the distribution of Reckitt’s products and implementing the recommended planograms
  • Monitor and deliver business results in promoting Reckitt’s name and products
  • Plan and track daily, weekly, monthly activities in line with the routing, customer needs and opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers of responsibility to secure long-term business growth and customers’ loyalty
  • Collaborate with eCommerce team to build growth on e-pharmacies

Requirements

  • University Degree is a must
  • Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
  • Experience as a Sales Representative would be considered as desirable, not mandatory
  • Fluency in English & Greek
  • IT literate - understanding of MS Office
  • Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
  • Driving License
