About the role

  • Deliver against prescription sales targets and market share objectives
  • Develop and implement account plans in line with the regional and national strategy
  • Build relationships with Dietitians, Paediatricians, GPs, and Heads of Medicines Managers
  • Deliver information about the NHS portfolio within the constraints of the ABPI code of practice
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities/threats relating to the Reckitt NHS portfolio
  • Ensure all account plans are up to date and activities are ABPI compliant

Requirements

  • Demonstrable successful sales experience
  • Proven competency within ethical sales
  • Proven hospital selling experience
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving improvements in formulary/guideline status
  • Business focused with clear view of return on investment
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills
  • Demonstrable successful account management
  • Curious about developing a wider knowledge to enhance customer engagement
  • Understands and applies awareness of the NHS environment in the context of the customers’ needs and provides potential solutions to the accounts
