About the role

  • Design, implement, and review compensation structures (salary ranges, pay grades, bonuses, etc.)
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay scales
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR leadership and executives
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of compensation and benefits data
  • Assist in preparing budget forecasts related to compensation
  • Promoting strong leadership behaviours in all actions, acting in a transparent and appropriate manner in dealings with stakeholders
  • Empowering and inspiring others to deliver operational excellence and holding each team member in the project to account for their delivery
  • Stay updated on legislation related to compensation, benefits, and labor laws
  • Provide support to employees on compensation and benefits inquiries

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR Operations Management with particular focus in managing Rewards and Benefits processes
  • Experience implementing Process Controls, audits and standardization at global level
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, market trends, and relevant legal regulations
  • Good understanding of Excel, macro and reporting
  • Knowledge of Rewards and Benefits functional areas and HR systems (SuccessFactors & ServiceNow) proficiency is essential for this role
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) are a plus.
  • Typically, 9+ years of compensation related experience, including compensation program, design, implementation and analysis.
