About the role
- Manage supply planning operations to deliver the required level of inventory
- Minimize storage costs whilst ensuring high service levels
- Analyze out of stock or over stocked situations
- Provide pro-active steps to manage stock shortages
- Responsible for production & embellishment plans
- Coordinate with factories & market planners
- Lead weekly service calls to maximize service level with optimal inventory
- Actively reduce stock obsolescence
- Maintain supply/demand related reports
- Maintain master data in ERP systems
- Ensure supply chain continuity with phase in phase out
- Drive digital transformation agenda
Requirements
- University degree related to the field of Supply Chain
- 2-3 years of experience
- High level of competency in Excel
- Knowledge in SAP APO SNP, JD Edwards, MS Office is a plus
- Customer centric
- Strong customer service mindset
- Agile, analytical, motivated
- Good team player who can work with multiple cross functional stakeholders
- Understand the FMCG nature and business
