About the role

  • Developing and improving sustainable and automated systems and processes for financial operations
  • Building enduring partnerships, cultivating strong relationships across the company and with external partners
  • Harmonizing cross-GBU in-market process standardization and leading technological advancements for optimal operations
  • Endorsing the integrity of statutory financial outcomes for the market and managing all local filings, queries, and third-party interactions
  • Preparing financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance tracking
  • Managing relationships with global teams, auditors, and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for preparing the monthly financial statements and monthly data sets for management reporting purposes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Following actions arising from financial control activities to improve the monthly closing processes
  • Dealing with the financial audit processes, being responsible for the preparation of the IFRS and other financial statements and responsible for the information flow to the auditors
  • Providing accounting guidance to the businesses and other teams when necessary
  • Streamlining accounting policies across the group company

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Economics, Business Administration or Finance
  • 0-3 years of experience in finance area
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experienced in IFRS and TFRS reporting
  • Multitasking & ability to work under strict deadline
  • Analytic and structured thinking ability
  • Flexible, highly motivated and result oriented
