Manager

• Own, plan, develop and execute our client centred accessibility training strategy, delivering both scalable, repeatable on-demand training and bespoke programmes for designers, developers, content authors, product owners, and leadership teams, with clear commercial focus.
• Work closely with the Customer Success team to coordinate, manage, and track client training programmes, including scheduling, attendance, completion, and follow-up activity. This will involve providing clear strategic reporting on the success of training programmes whilst identifying opportunities for further development.
• Support the development and maintenance of structured training pathways aligned to client maturity, onboarding stages, and Recite Me services.
• Innovate and utilise technology to deliver scalable and sustainable training, including the effective use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Contribute to the creation, refinement and most importantly the accessibility of training materials, ensuring content meets accessibility standards and reflects current best practice.
• Adapt training delivery methods to support different learning preferences, accessibility needs, and organisational contexts.
• Use an insights driven approach to continuously improve content quality by using key metrics gathered across multiple touch points to identify what’s working and what’s not.
• Collaborate with accessibility specialists and consultants to ensure training aligns with real-world accessibility barriers, audit findings, and remediation guidance.
• Stay up to date with developments in accessibility standards, assistive technology, and inclusive learning practices, feeding insights back into training design.
• Work with our Recite Me Partnership network to source and manage external training providers for specialist programmes.

Accessibility Training Delivery Manager

Security Engineer

• Oversee information security throughout the business
• Act as our official data protection officer
• Work with DevOps and SysOps teams to ensure maximum security of internal and external infrastructure and networks
• Work on our annual Cyber Essentials + accreditation renewals
• Own and author our information security procedures aligned with ISO27001 and industry best practices
• Good knowledge of ISO27001
• Plan, implement and monitor internal staff training and awareness related to information security
• Work with clients to complete their data protection impact assessment (DPIA) requirements
• Own, manage and maintain a solid information security posture for the organisation
• We’re a global company so knowledge of legislation and information security best practice in our other jurisdictions (namely US and Australia) will be needed.
• Experience of risk and incident management
• Vendor management experience
• Work with internal and external stakeholders on our penetration testing and OWASP testing.
