About the role
- Serve as the reliable, always-on presence for our token holder community, maintaining daily engagement and responsiveness across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Farcaster, and other channels.
- Own all community communications and serve as the liaison between the core team and community.
- Monitor community sentiment daily and proactively surface concerns, questions, or potential issues.
- Execute on community engagement initiatives and programs with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Track and report on core community health metrics including response times, sentiment trends, engagement rates, common support issues, and token holder feedback.
- Build and mentor a decentralized network of community moderators, regional leads, and power users.
- Stay ahead of the curve on community tooling and platforms—whether that's leveraging AI for community support, deploying Telegram bots for automation, or adopting new engagement formats.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years in Web3 community management or customer support
- Experience with Discord, Telegram, and social media management tools
- Basic familiarity with tokenomics and DeFi concepts (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Experience managing communities post-TGE or token launch
- Track record of implementing creative community programs or experimenting with novel engagement approaches.
