Serve as the reliable, always-on presence for our token holder community, maintaining daily engagement and responsiveness across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Farcaster, and other channels.
Own all community communications and serve as the liaison between the core team and community.
Monitor community sentiment daily and proactively surface concerns, questions, or potential issues.
Execute on community engagement initiatives and programs with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Track and report on core community health metrics including response times, sentiment trends, engagement rates, common support issues, and token holder feedback.
Build and mentor a decentralized network of community moderators, regional leads, and power users.
Stay ahead of the curve on community tooling and platforms—whether that's leveraging AI for community support, deploying Telegram bots for automation, or adopting new engagement formats.
Requirements
1-2+ years in Web3 community management or customer support
Experience with Discord, Telegram, and social media management tools
Basic familiarity with tokenomics and DeFi concepts (or willingness to learn quickly)
Experience managing communities post-TGE or token launch
Track record of implementing creative community programs or experimenting with novel engagement approaches.
