Coordinating the full lifecycle of contracts related to creating, editing, and maintaining change request contracts for community connect clinics and hospitals
Ensuring that all client Agreements comply with organizational policies and applicable legal standards
Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders
Tracking and reconciling contract renewals
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders by actively engaging, understanding their needs, and fostering collaboration to drive alignment and achieve shared goals
Requirements
Associate's Degree or another Closely related field of study -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
2 or more years of experience with payer billing, collections and reimbursement methodologies, and contract language requirements
Bachelor's Degree or another closely related field of study (preferred)
2 or more years of experience working with contract laws and legal terminology (preferred)
Skilled in reading, analyzing, and interpreting and understanding financial data related to contracts (preferred)
Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the contract documents within contract management system and shared drives (preferred)
Strong technology proficiency, leveraging Microsoft 365 tools including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint (preferred)
