• Drive the identification and prioritization of 3-5 high-potential experiments based on the newest research developments, serving as the key driver of experimental flow and ensuring cutting-edge techniques (e.g., novel prompting strategies, reasoning approaches, or model optimizations) are evaluated and integrated to measurably improve product performance.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive experimentation infrastructure that enables the team to run AI-facilitated experiments at scale, combining AI evals with A/B testing capabilities to empower rapid experimentation and evaluation across the product.
• Drive high-impact product releases powered by AI innovations, translating cutting-edge research into shipped features that demonstrably improve user experience and key product metrics.
• Accelerate engineering adoption of AI capabilities across the organization by working closely with the CTO to integrate AI tooling into internal workflows, enabling engineers to leverage AI effectively in their day-to-day work and ship research-driven features.
• Establish a culture of AI expertise and knowledge sharing by identifying and disseminating high-potential research, helping build team capabilities in AI evals, context engineering, and related areas through consistent contribution and fast-follow implementation.

Program Manager

• Launch and scale our competition platform successfully onboarding and managing 50+ active competitors in the first 90 days, establishing yourself as the trusted go-to resource for competition operations and competitor relations.
• Leverage AI and other tools to automate 80%+ of routine competition operations tasks within 6 months, freeing up time to focus on high-impact competitor engagement and strategic program improvements that elevate the entire competition experience.
• Build and implement a comprehensive competition playbook within the first 6 months, including social media response protocols, public communication guidelines, and competitor triage systems that reduce response time by 50% and increase positive competitor sentiment.
• Establish yourself as the public face of our competition product, representing the platform at 10+ community events, AMAs, or public forums in your first year, while maintaining a 90%+ satisfaction rating from competitor interactions. Gather feedback from competitors and maintain a list of skills they're interested in.
• Create and optimize competition operations metrics and reporting systems within the first quarter, delivering weekly insights on competitor activity, competition performance, and operational efficiency that directly inform product and strategic decisions.
• Proactively investigate and plan for 100+ competition-related scenarios, edge cases, and competitor behaviors in your first year, building the definitive knowledge base that becomes the foundation for competition operations excellence.

Competition Program Manager

• Serve as the reliable, always-on presence for our token holder community, maintaining daily engagement and responsiveness across Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), Farcaster, and other channels.
• Own all community communications and serve as the liaison between the core team and community.
• Monitor community sentiment daily and proactively surface concerns, questions, or potential issues.
• Execute on community engagement initiatives and programs with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Track and report on core community health metrics including response times, sentiment trends, engagement rates, common support issues, and token holder feedback.
• Build and mentor a decentralized network of community moderators, regional leads, and power users.
• Stay ahead of the curve on community tooling and platforms—whether that's leveraging AI for community support, deploying Telegram bots for automation, or adopting new engagement formats.
