About the role
- Provide short-term contract support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation.
- Focus on preparing for system go-live, stabilizing operations post-go-live, and supporting end users.
- Assist with final end-to-end testing (GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Integrations).
- Validate role assignments, workflow configurations, and segregation of duties.
- Support mock cutover activities and validate data migration.
- Log, triage, and escalate issues to Implementor or Oracle SRs as needed.
- Document recurring issues and help create quick reference guides for business users.
- Assist with creating/reviewing job aids for system navigation and common transactions.
- Act as IT liaison for functional SMEs (helping bridge technical vs. business understanding).
- Support Validate technical steps in cutover checklist.
- Confirm user provisioning and workflow approvals.
- Provide end-user support for Oracle ERP issues.
Requirements
- Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Must be familiar with Product) Required 4 Years
- ERP Functional knowledge Required 3 Years
- ERP Modules General Ledger (GL) Required 3 Years
- ERP Modules Accounts Payable (AP) Required 3 Years
- End User Support Required 4 Years
- ERP Modules Account Receivable (AR) Highly desired 3 Years
- ERP Modules Procurement Highly desired 3 Years
- ServiceNow Ticketing system or similar ticketing system Highly desired 3 Years
- Oracle Cloud Certifications Nice to have
