About the role

  • Own and grow a defined book of business through renewals, retention, and expansion
  • Analyze provider performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations during check-ins, QBRs, and retention / renewal conversations.
  • Proactively identify risk, mitigate churn, and optimize provider performance within the RealSelf marketplace.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Data teams to drive growth and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, ad sales, or performance-driven revenue roles
  • Experience managing and growing a meaningful book of business with revenue accountability.
  • Comfort working with performance data, metrics, and benchmarks to influence customer decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to balance relationship management and revenue outcomes
  • Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, ad tech, or performance marketing environments preferred.
