About the role
- Own and grow a defined book of business through renewals, retention, and expansion
- Analyze provider performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations during check-ins, QBRs, and retention / renewal conversations.
- Proactively identify risk, mitigate churn, and optimize provider performance within the RealSelf marketplace.
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Data teams to drive growth and improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, ad sales, or performance-driven revenue roles
- Experience managing and growing a meaningful book of business with revenue accountability.
- Comfort working with performance data, metrics, and benchmarks to influence customer decisions.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior decision-makers.
- A consultative mindset with the ability to balance relationship management and revenue outcomes
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, ad tech, or performance marketing environments preferred.
