• Collaborate with the Internal Audit & Controls team in developing and implementing the overall risk-based audit and controls strategy and methodology.
• Actively engage in the development and execution of the annual risk-based internal audit plan in alignment with the Company’s strategy and other objectives.

• Manage the organization's SOX compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Compliance Specialists.
• Build scalable processes and workflows for timely and accurate file reviews.
• Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee transaction file audits for regulatory compliance across all U.S. states and Canadian provinces.
• Develop and maintain standardized compliance checklists, procedures, and training tailored to regional requirements.
• Stay current on evolving real estate regulatory requirements and ensure brokerage compliance.
• Partner with Transaction Management, Brokers, Specialists, and Conveyancers to support agent success and resolve complex compliance issues.

• Maintain firm and broker licensing compliance across all U.S. states, ensuring accurate records, timely renewals, and structural alignment.
• Document and maintain state-level corporate office, affiliation, and compliance requirements.
• Research and document state-specific policies, reciprocity rules, and regulatory nuances across jurisdictions.
• Serve as a point of contact for licensing-related escalations and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
