About the role

  • Data Storytelling & Visualisation: You’ll deep-dive into people data to craft stunning Tableau dashboards and high-impact slides.
  • AI-Driven Problem Solving: You will continually explore and implement AI tools (like Gemini) to improve processes, identify trends, and solve complex organizational problems.
  • Automation & App Building: We want you to identify repetitive manual tasks and transform them through automation.
  • Beta-Testing the Future: You will be our resident "Tech Scout," constantly testing new software and AI features.
  • Strategic Collaboration: You’ll partner with HR and department leads to identify data needs, ensuring data integrity while creating innovative, automated solutions that inspire action.
  • The Data Foundation: You will act as the primary data supplier to our Workforce Planning Analyst.
