About the role

  • Build relationships and manage revenue growth within a portfolio of clients with a focus on recognizing and supporting client needs
  • Act as the single point of contact throughout the cash management end-to-end onboarding process
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to develop a coordinated client contact strategy and to complete annual relationship reviews
  • Provide tailored advice and insights to clients on new or emerging issues that will impact their business
  • Lead with a growth mindset, focusing on what’s possible to maximize client acquisition and growth
  • Deliver financial and business “Insight” advice through a differentiated value proposition

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in commercial or corporate banking sales
  • Strong knowledge of cash management products and emerging industry trends
  • Proven client advice/service, sales and relationship management experience with the ability to match client needs with products/structure solutions
  • Demonstrated project management, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with software applications including MS Office
  • Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients in person
  • Certified Treasury Professional ("CTP") Designation or similar qualification (Nice-to-Have)
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/French) (Nice-to-Have)
