About the role
- Independent management and further development of an existing customer base
- Handling the entire operational sales process – from preparing quotations and processing orders to resolving inquiries
- Close collaboration with our field sales team and internal stakeholders
- Point of contact for our customers and ensuring smooth order processing
- Maintaining and documenting relevant data in the CRM system
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk) or hold a university degree
- Ideally, you have professional experience in inside sales — motivated career changers are also welcome
- Confident user of MS Office
- Strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- Flexibility and openness to change are among your strengths
- Experience with technical processes and an affinity for our products
