About the role
- As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base generating new revenue.
- Reporting to the PAT Sales Team Manager, you will be expected to exceed revenue goals by planning and executing successful sales within the tradesmen industry.
- You will be responsible for acquiring and possessing expert knowledge of Rated People’s products.
- You will be expected to work on business development projects to reach potential premium clients.
- Engage with and attract high-quality tradespeople, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by converting inbound leads through a consultative, value-led sales approach.
- Own the full sales cycle end to end, from prospecting and discovery through to presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and manage all activity within Salesforce CRM.
- Build trust and rapport with tradespeople, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying and nurturing potential premium clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a B2B sales environment.
- Background in telemarketing and/or lead generation.
- Strong phone-based sales experience is essential; client-facing relationship management experience is highly desirable.
- A consistent track record of building customer trust and long-term relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering strong results.
- Experience using CRM systems.
