About the role
- Senior Product Manager on a new LLM-powered app, working on greenfield, cutting-edge technology
- Make the product user-friendly and manage your own roadmap
- Shape the vision and strategy of Studio and influence product direction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product designers, engineers, ML engineers, and GTM (CSE, Sales)
- Talk to customers weekly and meet with them in person regularly
- Continuously learn and expand technical understanding of Conversational AI and industry trends
- Report to the Director, Product and be a core member of the Product team
- Support company mission by taking ownership and doing whatever is required to deliver outcomes
Requirements
- Experience building technical products
- Thrive in a startup and take ownership to drive outcomes
- Technical proficiency: know how to code and how to use Git
- Experience shipping enterprise products
- Ability to balance technical, user, and business needs and make informed decisions
- Experience with LLM Evaluation-related tools and platforms
- Team player, respectful, able to take constructive feedback
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, ML engineers, and GTM teams
- Customer-facing experience: talk to customers weekly and meet with them in person regularly
- Must be located in and a resident of the UK, Germany, or Serbia (Rasa can assist with visa sponsorship for Germany only)
