Customer Success Manager

• Own a book of business of Rasa's enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the post-sale lifecycle (including renewals and expansions).
• Ensure customers onboard successfully and adopt Rasa effectively, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to unblock and enable.
• Run kick-off calls, project meetings, QBRs, and renewals with professionalism and impact.
• Identify expansion opportunities within your accounts, contributing to overall revenue growth.
• Proactively address challenges, manage escalations, and maintain strong communications with customers.
• Drive business value realization across the customer lifecycle and consistently surface that value back to customers through data, insights, and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate account health and renewal forecasting to support broader retention planning.

Account Executive

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and closing complex deals with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises.
• Understand and communicate how Rasa can be used across multiple industries and manage complex deal cycles.
• Build and execute a territory plan to target high-value enterprise accounts.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles (6-12 months) involving technical champions (Developers, Architects) and economic buyers (C-Suite, LOB Heads).
• Bridge the gap between technical value and business outcomes.
• Lead a virtual account team (Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Product) to win the technical win and the commercial win.
• Drive and prove technical capabilities and business value of Rasa’s platform.
• Forecast and manage your sales activity and pipeline to consistently hit revenue targets.
• Work closely with our customer success team and develop new opportunities for our existing customers.
• Collect and deliver customer feedback to the product team.

• Design and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns that combine fuel (content, creative, messaging) with engine (distribution and channels) across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other paid media platforms
• Use AI tools, workflows, and agents to extend capabilities, improve velocity, and scale output—while maintaining a high quality bar
• Start with a deep understanding of our audience and market. Use insights (powered by AI + human research) to guide positioning, differentiation, and campaign priorities
• Work across product, sales, customer success, and leadership to align on priorities, improve conversion rates, and ensure marketing efforts ladder up to company goals
• Set a strategy and build a roadmap around high-impact programs and campaigns, not around isolated channels and a scattered content ideas
• Owning key growth metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue attribution

• Collaborate with multiple customers to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction with Rasa products.
• Provide technical guidance and strategic advice to help customers optimize their AI assistants, with a focus on best practices and long-term success.
• Support customers through reactive issue resolution, escalating to other teams when necessary.
• Capture and communicate customer insights to Rasa’s product and engineering teams to help shape product development.
• Participate in Rasa internal training and education sessions.
