Technical Customer Success

• Collaborate with multiple customers to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction with Rasa products.
• Provide technical guidance and strategic advice to help customers optimize their AI assistants, with a focus on best practices and long-term success.
• Support customers through proactive and reactive issue resolution, escalating to technical teams when necessary.
• Provide proactive, consultative advice to help optimize the performance of our customers’ Rasa deployments
• Help champion an environment for ongoing strategic customer success
• Capture and communicate customer insights to Rasa’s product and engineering teams to help shape product development.
• Participate in Rasa internal training and education sessions

Machine Learning Engineer

• Write code to enhance the Rasa Copilot and Rasa Pro codebase (Python)
• Design experiments, run them, analyse results and update on LLM prompts
• Contribute to the design and implementation of our evaluation system
• Work closely with Product Manager and Product Designer to improve UX and build features
• Participate in engineering refinement sessions and provide input
• Communicate proactively about progress, blockers and ideas
• Collaborate with cross-functional team including backend, full-stack, ML engineers and QA

• Own and advance Rasa’s conversational Voice AI capabilities and roadmap
• Work on greenfield, cutting-edge technology to deliver seamless, user-friendly voice experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: product designer, engineers, ML engineers, GTM (CSE, Sales)
• Talk to customers weekly and meet with them in person regularly
• Shape the vision and strategy of Voice at Rasa and manage your product roadmap
• Continuously learn and expand technical understanding of Conversational AI to inform product decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer and take ownership in a startup environment

• Senior Product Manager on a new LLM-powered app, working on greenfield, cutting-edge technology
• Make the product user-friendly and manage your own roadmap
• Shape the vision and strategy of Studio and influence product direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product designers, engineers, ML engineers, and GTM (CSE, Sales)
• Talk to customers weekly and meet with them in person regularly
• Continuously learn and expand technical understanding of Conversational AI and industry trends
• Report to the Director, Product and be a core member of the Product team
• Support company mission by taking ownership and doing whatever is required to deliver outcomes

• Continuously grow your technical understanding to better anticipate constraints and opportunities in AI-driven products
