About the role
- Lead the content strategy and execution for Raptive's growth marketing efforts
- Develop and execute comprehensive content calendar across all funnel stages
- Create gated content assets (guides, templates, checklists, infographics) for lead capture
- Write and optimize email sequences for segmented nurture streams
- Own the lead scoring model implementation and optimization
- Design and execute A/B tests for CTAs, content offers, and nurture sequences
- Analyze funnel performance and optimize conversion rates at each stage
Requirements
- 3-5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or content marketing
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) // understanding vs experience
- Strong writing and content creation skills across multiple formats
- Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture campaign development
- Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization
- SaaS or B2B experience preferred
