About the role

  • Lead the content strategy and execution for Raptive's growth marketing efforts
  • Develop and execute comprehensive content calendar across all funnel stages
  • Create gated content assets (guides, templates, checklists, infographics) for lead capture
  • Write and optimize email sequences for segmented nurture streams
  • Own the lead scoring model implementation and optimization
  • Design and execute A/B tests for CTAs, content offers, and nurture sequences
  • Analyze funnel performance and optimize conversion rates at each stage

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or content marketing
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) // understanding vs experience
  • Strong writing and content creation skills across multiple formats
  • Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture campaign development
  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • SaaS or B2B experience preferred
