About the role
- Senior Designers maintain a keen eye for detail while managing multiple projects, from conception to realization.
- They lead our designers and work closely with Studio Leads and Design Directors to ensure each project’s success.
- Currently looking for someone who’s got the confidence and creativity required to be on the frontlines of our work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 8+ years of experience in an architecture or design studio
- Strong experience leading project teams through concept design, design development, and delivery
- Proven ability to translate big ideas into cohesive spatial experiences—balancing narrative, brand, and function
- Experience collaborating with clients and partners to evolve ideas into aligned, buildable solutions
- Fluency and working knowledge of production tools and documentation workflows (Revit//Rhino/SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Familiarity with coordination across consultants, budgets, schedules, and approvals
- State licensure (or active pursuit) encouraged but not required
