About the role

  • Optimizar las herramientas utilizadas por el equipo de operaciones
  • Desarrollar automatizaciones y optimizaciones de las actividades del equipo
  • Crear pipelines de procesamiento de datos aplicando lógica de negocios, escogiendo niveles de agregación, transformando campos, limpiando y comprobando la calidad de los datos
  • Aumentar la eficiencia del equipo haciendo la automatización de procesos utilizando desarrollando herramientas o hacks y continua comunicación con el equipo de producto, ayudando en la construcción de mejores soluciones
  • Entender los problemas de negocio y transformarlos en soluciones

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, Python, and SQL
  • Advanced mastery in SQL, with comfort in building complex queries
  • Solid knowledge in Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, NumPy, Requests) and FastAPI/Flask
  • Experience with ELT/ETL pipelines (preferably Airflow)
  • Proven experience in data handling and process automation
  • Hands-on experience utilizing APIs for integrations and data extraction
  • Familiarity with Git version control (Github)
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Knowledge of AWS S3 or equivalents on other cloud platforms (desirable)
  • Strong prioritization skills, delivering creative short-term solutions to challenges
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong expertise (5+ years) in developing AI-powered tools using Python within microservices environments.
  • Creation and orchestration of specialized AI agents and multi-agent systems (e.g., using CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen)
  • Containerization and orchestration for AI microservices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Lambda for serverless AI deployments)
  • Additional relevant AI automations: prompt engineering at scale, AI-driven data pipelines, real-time inference endpoints, and monitoring of AI model performance (e.g., MLflow, Weights & Biases)
  • Some experience implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines to automate testing, building, and deployment of AI/microservices applications.
