Accounting Manager

• Drive the development and implementation of technical accounting policies and reporting for all products and services offered by Ramp.
• Lead technical accounting discussions with auditors, advisors, and internal stakeholders to support accounting positions, policies, and financial statement preparation and review.
• Research accounting and disclosure requirements for proposed accounting standards and transactions, applying relevant literature and evaluating financial impacts.
• Maintain and update internal control policies and procedures; provide documentation to auditors supporting such policies.
• Support month-end close activities, including preparation and/or review of complex accounting reconciliations and journal entries.
• Lead financial statement audits and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline and improve audit processes.
• Mentor and coach team members; partner with Engineering and Data teams to develop automated reports that improve the close process.
• Support other ad hoc accounting-related projects and initiatives as needed.
• Be adaptable across all accounting processes, including product, corporate accounting and ad hoc complex accounting projects.

Technical Accounting Manager

• Project manage the thorough and complete implementation and onboarding of new Ramp Strategic Enterprise customers
• Execute program management for successful launches of the Ramp platform across top-tier accounts in partnership with Ramp’s Account Executive, Technical Consulting, Product, and Engineering teams
• Act as a strategic consultant and extension of your customers’ team as you guide them through Ramp setup and best practices
• Work with customers to deeply understand their current workflow, pain points, and priorities, and showcase tailored solutions to solve those
• Drive initial product utilization and revenue for Ramp by ensuring there are no unnecessary delays in the implementation process, and continuing to sell the customer on why implementing Ramp is a high-value initiative
• Become an expert in the full range of integration and configuration options for Ramp’s suite of products
• Assist customers with change management, and help run custom trainings for their organizations
• Partner closely with the product team to ensure customer feedback is reviewed and prioritized. Help facilitate product workshops as necessary

Customer Activation Manager – Strategic Enterprise

Client Partner

• Source and qualify new ISV partners through outbound prospecting and inbound interest.
• Identify Digital Native Businesses, especially in the ERP, Accounting, HRIS and Vertical SaaS space.
• Engage senior personas such as Product Leaders, Heads of Partnerships, Revenue Leaders, and C-Suite to introduce Ramp’s ISV partner program and educate them on partnership opportunities.
• Build and maintain a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline for ISV Channel Partner Managers to convert into signed, activated partners.
• Craft outbound messaging and campaigns tailored to ISV value propositions and growth goals.
• Partner closely with ISV Partner Managers to ensure clean, qualified hand-offs and smooth transitions into activation
• Maintain accurate partner and opportunity data in Salesforce and other internal tools.

Partner Development Representative – ISV

Product Marketing

• Design and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for industry verticals and key buyer personas within the Enterprise segment.
• Translate Ramp’s platform capabilities across card, expense, AP, travel, and more into Enterprise-ready solutions, use cases, and value propositions that resonate with complex buying committees.
• Develop Enterprise proof points through customer stories, case studies, and ROI models that connect Ramp’s capabilities to measurable outcomes for Enterprise buyers.
• Drive Enterprise sales readiness through scalable enablement, including messaging frameworks, talk tracks, and sales plays.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Enterprise Sales during active, high-stakes negotiations by developing bespoke narratives, competitive positioning, and executive-ready materials that influence deal outcomes.

• Conduct legal research on product, regulatory, and licensing issues (e.g., card issuing, payments, lending, privacy, AML, international expansion).
• Assist in drafting and updating customer-facing terms, product disclosures, rewards terms, and internal guidance.
• Support product counseling by reviewing specs, user flows, and go-to-market plans and summarizing legal and regulatory risk for Product, Engineering, and Design.
• Review marketing collateral, lifecycle communications, and incentive campaigns for compliance, partner-bank alignment, and policy adherence.
