About the role

  • Lead the rollout of new HRIS modules (time cards, leaves of absence, workforce planning, LMS, remaining integrations, and more!), partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders.
  • Configure and optimize existing modules to improve usability, adoption, and process alignment.
  • Ensure employees, managers, and HR teams are properly trained and supported in using new functionality.
  • Drive structured implementation plans, documentation, and change management efforts.

  • Validate data accuracy and integrity during and after migration.
  • Establish and document data governance standards and ownership.
  • Improve integrations and data flows between the HRIS and other internal systems.
  • Design and implement a recurring reconciliation process across HRIS and downstream systems (e.g., payroll, finance, benefits, IT systems).
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Create sustainable controls and reporting mechanisms to ensure ongoing data accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary operational owner of HRIS data integrity.
  • Maintain documentation of system architecture, data flows, and processes.
