About the role
- Oversee all client work to ensure it aligns with client briefs and meets internal quality standards.
- Provide a strong client voice to ensure briefs guide delivery colleagues’ work.
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing plans, incorporating a variety of service propositions including digital, content, PR, and design.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, content, digital, PR) for seamless campaign execution.
- Build strong client relationships to nurture and grow client accounts.
- Conduct regular client meetings and workshops to offer sector and technical insight.
- Identify growth opportunities within client accounts to deliver tangible business results and ROI.
- Maintain high accuracy in client records using CRM updates for efficient project tracking.
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing a client portfolio, ideally within a B2B agency environment.
- Experience working within a similar service-based agency environment, with a track record of supporting a client portfolio.
- Strong track record of building client relationships and identifying business growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data/insight into meaningful actions.
- Proven success in managing multiple projects and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Ability to project manage cross-functional teams and deliver outstanding results in a collaborative environment.
