About the role
- Build and execute a growth plan for Greece, focused on user acquisition and engagement, independent from product development
- Own creative marketing campaigns, working with local influencers, creators, and agencies to create successful campaigns at scale
- Launch and optimize growth experiments, testing new channels, tactics, and positioning to determine the ideal channel mix for every audience
- Collaborate with CRM, Product, Analytics and Performance teams to improve lifecycle and retention campaigns with data-driven insights
- Support and ideate on PR-worthy campaigns, stunts, or viral ideas to grow top-of-funnel
- Lead local partnerships, UGC activations, events, or digital stunts to drive traction by hitting critical KPI goals
- Analyze campaign and channel performance, build reports, and recommend optimizations based on data
Requirements
- 5–6 years in B2C app marketing or growth (e.g. dating, social, gaming, entertainment)
- Proven experience in Greece (market understanding, cultural nuance, local trends); multi-market experience in CEE is a plus
- A track record of working with partners and agencies for creative campaigns that moved the needle
- Experience managing agencies, creators, and performance channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Fluent Greek and excellent English
