4–7 years of experience in card operations, payments operations, or a related fintech/financial services function
Deep familiarity with physical card issuance, card network rules (Visa, Mastercard), and card manufacturer relationships
Exceptional project management skills
A clear, confident communicator who can hold vendors accountable
Someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and builds process where none exists
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and product teams is a strong plus
Bonus: exposure to stablecoin or crypto-native card programs
