About the role

  • Support global licensing strategy and regulatory approvals for stablecoin and related financial services products.
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Product, and external counsel.
  • Prepare, submit, and manage regulatory applications across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services licensing, regulatory compliance, fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets.
  • Familiarity with regulatory regimes such as money transmission, e-money, VASP/virtual asset licensing, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent regulatory workstreams.
  • Experience working at a fintech, crypto, stablecoin, payments, or banking institution (nice to have).
  • Exposure to global licensing regimes (U.S. state MTLs, EU EMI/PI licenses, MAS, FCA, VARA, etc.)(nice to have).
  • Experience coordinating with regulators or external counsel(nice to have).
  • Understanding of AML/CFT, sanctions compliance, and risk frameworks(nice to have).
  • Legal or compliance background (JD not required)(nice to have).
