About the role

  • Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Provide accurate information about products, orders, subscriptions, and deliveries
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone
  • Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically at all times
  • Capture customer interactions accurately using internal systems

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification
  • Minimum of 1 year contact centre experience, or be an exceptionally strong communicator with a proven customer service mindset
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (please test before applying)
  • You must have and genuinely love a cat
  • Availability to work at least 2 Sundays per month
  • Fast, reliable broadband connection with strong upload and download speeds
  • Ability to communicate fluently and clearly in English with customers from the UK
  • A strong passion for both customer service and cats- this is essential to the role
  • A laptop or desktop computer that meets company technical specifications
