About the role
- Prepare, analyse and present race strategies before/during/after events based on the latest available information Collaborate across various departments relating to overall vehicle performance, simulations as well as tire performance Analyse live telemetry and timing data to shape race decisions. Manage pit stop strategies, fuel windows, and tyre calls. Run pre-race simulations and scenario modelling. Work side by side with engineers, drivers, and management to maximise results. Represent RaceOn with professionalism and energy—both in the garage and with the customer. Lead the development of tools for most effective visualisation and decision metrics. (python, matlab or similar)
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters degree in a relevant engineering or mathematical discipline +3 years experience in F1, FE, WEC, IMSA or other endurance racing categories React under pressure when the unexpected happens (because it always does) have a solid understanding of car performance topics (vehicle dynamics, tires, aero, etc.) Ability to code in python/matlab (other languages would be beneficial) Time flexibility, absolute willingness to travel, especially on weekends You are able to work in a team and independently and you have a high level of commitment
