• Prepare, analyse and present race strategies before/during/after events based on the latest available information Collaborate across various departments relating to overall vehicle performance, simulations as well as tire performance Analyse live telemetry and timing data to shape race decisions. Manage pit stop strategies, fuel windows, and tyre calls. Run pre-race simulations and scenario modelling. Work side by side with engineers, drivers, and management to maximise results. Represent RaceOn with professionalism and energy—both in the garage and with the customer. Lead the development of tools for most effective visualisation and decision metrics. (python, matlab or similar)
