• You will be trained to become an expert in a wide range of IT areas and will grow into your tasks and responsibilities over time
• You will assist in IT support by analyzing and resolving user requests and incidents

• Installations, configurations and the maintenance of hardware and software as well as complete IT systems will quickly become part of your responsibilities
