Designer

• Collaborate on concept development regarding color, material and model use in coordination with the Head of Design
• Independent design and development work in the jersey category
• Create and develop creative artworks in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Create and maintain model sketches in the PDM (Product Data Management)
• Participate in collection meetings and prepare and hand over documents for the mainline business and POS (point-of-sale) materials
• Prepare and request first samples (prototypes) and evaluate them
• Attend international fabric fairs and information trips at home and abroad to analyze new trends
• Work closely with suppliers regarding material samples, accessories, lead times and quality control

Human Resources

• Competent support and advice to managers and employees on all HR-related and employment-law questions
• Execution of operational and administrative HR management from employee onboarding to offboarding
• Preparation and management of the monthly payroll for a selected group of employees, including all pre- and post-processing and communication with health insurers and authorities
• Responsibility for the recruiting process for a selected group of employees, including implementation of appropriate employer branding/personnel marketing measures and support throughout onboarding
• Independent development and implementation of diverse HR projects across various areas of personnel management
• Support in optimizing and further developing HR processes and structures
• Supervision of trainees/apprentices
• Trustful collaboration with the works council
