About the role

  • You will be trained to become an expert in a wide range of IT areas and will grow into your tasks and responsibilities over time
  • You will assist in IT support by analyzing and handling user requests and incidents
  • You will be involved in setting up, managing and optimizing networks and can contribute to interface and security solutions
  • Installations, configurations and the support of hardware and software, as well as complete IT systems, will quickly become part of your responsibilities
  • You will be given responsibility for small tasks and projects already during your apprenticeship and can contribute to company digitalization and infrastructure projects

Requirements

  • You will complete your advanced secondary school certificate (Erweiterter Realschulabschluss) or your (technical) high school diploma (Fachabitur/Abitur) in summer 2026
  • You are interested in IT, technology, networks and digital workflows
  • You are a team player
  • You are also interested in business processes and enjoy varied tasks
  • Ideally, you have already reinforced your training choice through an internship or similar experience
